As a Skills Coach / Assessor, you'll manage a caseload of apprentices from enrolment through to successful completion, delivering high-quality coaching, assessment and mentoring both in the workplace and remotely.
You'll work closely with employers and internal teams to ensure learners remain on track, complete their mandatory qualifications and successfully progress through Gateway to EPA.

The Role:
Coach, mentor and assess apprentices in Property Maintenance and Carpentry.
Deliver high-quality learning aligned to apprenticeship standards.
Conduct learner inductions, initial assessments and create individual learning plans.
Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Carry out workplace, remote and college-based assessments.
Support apprentices in completing on and off-the-job training requirements.
Work closely with employers to monitor progress and prepare learners for Gateway and End Point Assessment.
Maintain accurate learner records using online systems.
Attend standardisation, quality assurance and CPD activities.
The Person:
You will be an experienced Property Maintenance or Carpentry professional with a passion for developing others.Essential
Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Property Maintenance, Carpentry or a related trade.
Minimum 5 years' industry experience.
Full UK driving licence.Desirable
TAQA, A1, D32/D33 Assessor qualification (or willingness to work towards).
Teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent).
Coaching or Mentoring qualification.
Previous experience assessing or training apprentices.
