Administration Support (Stock Control) Coventry
Salary: £29,000 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract – 6 Months
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Join Our TeamWe are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Administration Operative to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with the Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring stock movements are accurately processed across multiple systems while delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Process and track data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Manage the shared team inbox, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate stock records across internal systems and trackers.
Support the Team Leader with the production of KPI reports and performance data.
Ensure stock movements, including GRNs and SRNs, are processed accurately each day.
Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for the NSS team.
Investigate stock discrepancies and support actions to improve stock accuracy.
Work collaboratively with warehouse, sales and management teams to resolve queries and improve processes.
Promote a positive team culture and uphold company values.
About YouWe're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience in an administrative or stock control role.
Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
The ability to work with large volumes of data and maintain accurate records.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
