The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warranty Administrator to join a well-established and growing organisation within the automotive sector. This is an ideal role for an experienced administrator or someone looking to build a long-term career in a structured, supportive environment with clear progression opportunities.
You’ll be joining a business with a strong reputation for quality, customer service, and long-standing industry expertise, offering stability alongside future development.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, process, and submit warranty claims in line with manufacturer and internal guidelines
• Accurately invoice claims and ensure all documentation is compliant
• Monitor claims through to completion, ensuring timely payment and resolution
• Maintain accurate records and support reporting where required
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or queries
About You
• Previous administration experience is essential; warranty or service experience is advantageous
• Automotive or vehicle technical knowledge would be beneficial but not essential
• Experience with systems such as Kerridge/Autoline is desirable
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to manage workloads effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-focused approach
