We are recruiting a Aftersales Administrator on behalf of a reputable multi-franchise approved car dealership located in Chippenham, Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to join a well-established team within a busy Service Department.

Monday to Friday working hoursDuties of an Aftersales Administrator:

Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers for payment
Check and clear weekly warranty statements, query overdue claims, and resolve payment discrepancies
Ensure all warranty documentation aligns with manufacturers’ guidelines
Prepare accurate invoices and warranty claims based on claim deals and departmental standards
Complete repair order documentation thoroughly and correctly as an Aftersales Administrator
Manage policy claims promptly and ensure customer reimbursements are accurate
Maintain control over displaced materials returned to manufacturers
Reconcile warranty credits and address discrepancies efficiently
Assist with general administrative duties within the Service DepartmentRequirements of an Aftersales Administrator:

Previous experience in an administrative role within the automotive industry, with specific knowledge of vehicle warranty administration
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building cooperative relationships with colleagues and customers
