Currently recruiting a HR Administrator/ HR Assistant within FMCG. Based in North Lanarkshire, Glasgow (Hybrid 1 day) for a 3-6 month contract.
Client Details
This role is within the FMCG industry and is based in North Lanarkshire, Glasgow.
Description
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination, offer letters, contracts, and onboarding.
Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries and escalate where required.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data, ensuring GDPR compliance.
Prepare HR documentation, reports, and correspondence.
Support payroll administration by processing employee changes and maintaining accurate data.
Record and monitor absence and training information.
Assist with employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and HR projects.
Profile
A successful Interim HR Assistant/HR Administrator should have:
Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Previous administration experience; HR administration experience desirable.
CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards qualification is advantageous.
Experience within a manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
Job Offer
Salary between £26,000pa and £30,000pa, dependent on the level of experience.
