Recruitment Branch Manager

Lennox Recruitment has an exciting new Branch Manager role available in East London. My client is an award winning education recruitment agency who will be opening a brand new office in East London, this person will be pivotal for the success of this new branch.
Initial set up:
➡️ Working alongside a Delivery Consultant, the company Director will also be spending 1 day per week at the new Branch
➡️ Full back office support from the team in West London
Whats on offer:
➡️ 1 day remote working
➡️ Base up to circa £55k
➡️ Comms paid 10-17.5% - no threshold

➡️ Guarantee on earnings for up to 6 months
