Key Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain woodworking machinery, including CNC routers, planers, saws, moulders, and spindle moulders.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.
* Select, prepare, and machine timber to precise specifications.
* Deliver work to the highest standards of accuracy and finish.
* Carry out routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
* Keep the workshop clean, safe, and well-organised.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Wood Machinist (or similar role).
* Strong knowledge of timber types and machining techniques.
* Confident in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
* Solid understanding of health and safety standards.
* Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
