We are looking for an experienced HLTA to join our SEN school in Brigg, supporting pupils with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and SEMH. You will deliver lessons under teacher direction, lead small group interventions, mentor other teaching assistants, and help ensure high-quality teaching and learning for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils, adapting resources to individual needs

Support pupils' learning, behaviour, and social development

Mentor and guide junior teaching assistants

Track and report on pupil progress and outcomes

Assist with classroom organisation and planning

Ideal Candidate:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

Confident supporting secondary-aged pupils with SEN

Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills

Committed to providing an inclusive, supportive learning environment
