Key Responsibilities as a SEN Teaching Assistant
As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will Support students with SEMH needs in both classroom and one-to-one settings
As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans and strategies
As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will build positive relationships and offer consistent emotional support
As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will support students' social, emotional, and behavioural developmentRequirements for a SEN Teaching Assistant
Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs (highly desirable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Must be a confident driver with access to a vehicle (essential)
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
