Prospero Teaching are currently seeking caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming 'Good' Ofsted-rated SEN School in the Stubbington area.
The school provides specialist education and support for pupils aged 11-16 with Complex Learning Difficulties and Associated Needs, including Autism, Speech & Language Disorders and Complex Needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people. As a Teaching Assistant, you will become part of a supportive and passionate team, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Minimum rate of pay From £85.50 per dayExperience, Training and Qualifications required for the SEN Teaching Assistant role:
Previous TA experience is desirable, ideally within the SEN sector, although not essential if you have the right attitude and a genuine desire to support young people.
A passion for working with children with ASD and Complex Needs.
Proactive in the classroom with a willingness to participate in activities and engage with pupils.
A positive, patient and enthusiastic approach to supporting students with additional needs.
Happy to undertake personal care responsibilities where required.To be eligible for this SEN Teaching Assistant role through Prospero Teaching you must:
Hold Right to Work in the UK.
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application.
