We are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Construction Office Administrator to support our site teams, management, and clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
*
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the construction and site management teams.
*
Maintain accurate records, including RAMS, permits, inductions, training logs, and compliance documentation.
*
Prepare and issue reports, meeting minutes, purchase orders, and project documentation.
*
Coordinate communication between office, site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
*
Manage document control, ensuring all project files are organised, up‑to‑date, and audit‑ready.
*
Assist with scheduling, diary management, and arranging site visits.
*
Support onboarding processes for new starters, including right‑to‑work checks and induction packs.
*
Handle general office duties such as answering calls, managing emails, ordering supplies, and maintaining office systems.
Skills & Experience
*
Previous experience in construction administration or a similar role (preferred).
*
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
*
Confident using Microsoft Office and digital document‑management systems.
*
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
*
Professional communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
*
Understanding of construction compliance (RAMS, permits, H&S documentation) is an advantage.
