Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who can also provide leadership skills.
Warehouse Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities:
* Carry out picking, packing and general warehouse duties
* Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
* Load, unload and move stock around the warehouse
* Lead and support a small warehouse team of two colleagues
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
* Handle manual lifting, including bags weighing up to 25kg
* Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times
Warehouse Supervisor Ideal Candidate:
* Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
* Counterbalance Forklift licence (essential)
* Confident leading a small team and taking responsibility
* Physically fit and happy carrying out manual handling duties
* Comfortable working in a dusty and industrial environment
* Strong understanding of warehouse Health & Safety
* Reliable, organised and able to work on your own initiative
* Willing to complete Emergency First Aid at Work training if required
Warehouse Supervisor Working Hours:
* Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 17:00
