What You'll Be Doing

Delivering creative and engaging lessons adapted to individual learning needs.
Supporting pupils to develop both academically and personally.
Working closely with teaching assistants and multidisciplinary professionals.
Implementing innovative strategies to support learning and behaviour.
Helping students develop confidence, independence, and key life skills.
What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience working with SEND pupils in either mainstream or specialist settings.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A positive, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
