We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Receptionist to join a busy and professional office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has excellent organisational skills, and thrives in a varied administrative position.
The Role
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Alongside reception duties, you'll provide administrative support to the wider team and help maintain an organised and efficient workplace.
Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional front-of-house service.
* Handle incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
* Carry out general administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure shared areas are well presented.
* Manage office supplies and place orders when required.
* Support colleagues with a variety of day-to-day administrative duties.
* Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external contacts.
About You
* Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house or administrative role is advantageous.
* Friendly, professional and confident communicating with people at all levels.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Proactive, reliable and able to use your own initiative.
* Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
* Competent with general office systems and administrative tasks.
