Operations Manager
Location: Kent
Salary: £Base + Excellent Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a well-established business, taking responsibility for the delivery and performance of its national service operations.
This is a senior leadership role where you'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead multi-disciplinary service teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance and financial performance.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and develop Service Managers, Supervisors, Coordinators and technical teams
Drive operational performance, service quality and continuous improvement
Monitor KPIs, budgets and resource planning to maximise efficiency
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Manage operational risk, compliance and health & safety
Produce operational reports and identify opportunities to improve performanceWe're looking for someone with:
Proven Operations Management or Service Delivery from the elevator or escalator sector
Strong leadership and people management skills
Commercial awareness with budget management experience
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities
Experience improving processes and driving operational performanceWhat's on offer:
