An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a well-established engineering company based in Maidstone, Kent, as part of a large, privately owned group of businesses.
This newly created position has come about as a direct result of an ambitious growth plan, supporting the ongoing expansion of the business and enabling the site to scale efficiently as demand increases. It's a genuinely exciting time to join the group, with real opportunity to make your mark and grow with the business.

About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations across a multi-process engineering site, driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all areas of production.
This role would suit a proven engineering operations leader — someone ambitious, hands-on, and ready to progress their career within a fast-paced, fast-moving business that offers genuine scope for development.

As this is a multi-operation site, experience across any of the above (or similar manufacturing/engineering processes) would be highly valuable. We're looking for someone who understands the realities of a busy engineering environment and can lead operations with credibility and confidence.
