Senior Interior Designer
Location: Chelsea, London
Salary: £52,000 – £60,000 per annum
This is an opportunity to join one of London’s most influential luxury interior design studios. A highly regarded practice whose work has helped shape some of the world’s most recognisable restaurants, bars, hotels and hospitality destinations.
You’ll become part of a studio known for timeless, highly detailed interiors and a design approach that places storytelling, craftsmanship and atmosphere at the heart of every project. With an international portfolio spanning the US, China and other major global markets, the work is ambitious, visible and consistently delivered to an exceptional standard.
For a Senior Interior Designer, this is an opportunity to take a leading creative and delivery role on prestigious international projects. You will guide projects from initial concept through to completion, work closely with clients and consultants, and support the development of junior and midweight designers within the studio.
The position would suit an accomplished and design-led Senior Interior Designer who combines exceptional creative thinking with the technical knowledge, leadership skills and commercial awareness required to deliver beautifully resolved luxury interiors.
Package
* Salary: £52,000 – £60,000, depending on experience
* Hybrid working: three studio days and two home-working days

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm
Duties
* Lead the creative development of original concepts for luxury restaurants, bars and hospitality environments
* Produce and oversee mood boards, presentations, material palettes and concept packages
* Translate creative concepts into detailed, coordinated and buildable interior design schemes
* Lead projects through concept design, design development and delivery
* Oversee the selection of finishes, furniture, materials and bespoke interior elements
* Present design proposals confidently to clients and key stakeholders
* Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and wider project teams
* Review drawings, specifications and design information to maintain quality and design intent
* Manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables across multiple workstreams
* Mentor and support junior and midweight designers, providing creative and technical guidance
Requirements
* Degree qualified in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline
* At least six years’ professional experience, including experience at Senior Interior Designer level within a UK-based practice
* Proven experience delivering luxury or high-end hospitality projects, ideally including restaurants, bars, hotels or F&B destinations
* Exceptional concept design ability combined with strong technical and project delivery expertise
* Experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
* A high-quality portfolio demonstrating creativity, refinement and exceptional attention to detail
* Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, bespoke joinery and luxury interior detailing
* Confident client-facing communication and presentation skills
* Excellent leadership, organisation and decision-making capabilities
