About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our growing design team. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented designer with a strong portfolio of high-end hospitality projects and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Experience designing luxury hotels, resorts, wellness, and spa environments is highly desirable.

You will lead projects from concept through completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to deliver sophisticated, functional, and commercially successful interiors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of luxury hospitality, wellness, and spa projects from concept to completion.
Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and presentation materials.
Produce detailed design documentation, construction drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout all project phases.
Prepare FF&E packages, material selections, and finish schedules.
Review technical drawings to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful project delivery.
Present design concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders.
Mentor and support junior designers within the studio.
Stay informed on industry trends, materials, sustainability, and innovations in hospitality and wellness design.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline.
7+ years' professional experience in interior design, with significant experience on high-end hospitality projects.
Experience designing luxury hotels, resorts, wellness centres, and spa environments is highly desirable.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
Strong understanding of construction detailing, building regulations, and technical documentation.
Experience producing FF&E specifications and coordinating procurement.
Excellent space planning and design presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Desirable Skills

Experience with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, or Enscape.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and wellness-focused environments.
International project experience is an advantage
