Role: Registered Manager – Children's Residential Care
Location: Earls Barton, NN6
Hours: Full-time
Salary: Up to £54,500 per annum + performance bonuses
What will you be doing?
Overseeing the day-to-day management of a small children's residential home for young people with EBD.
Leading, supervising and developing the staff team, including rotas, inductions and supervisions.
Managing Ofsted inspections, Regulation 44 visits and ensuring compliance with Children's Homes Regulations.
Working alongside an in-house psychologist to deliver therapeutic care.
Building positive relationships with local authorities, families and external professionals.
Promoting safeguarding and achieving positive outcomes for young people.Experience/qualifications required:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards).
Experience managing or deputising within a children's residential setting.
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and quality standards.
Minimum Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
Full UK Driving Licence.
Enhanced DBS.Benefits
