We’re working on behalf of an established and growing care provider to appoint an experienced Registered Manager for a residential service supporting adults with complex needs, including physical health requirements.
The RoleAs Registered Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered. You’ll lead and develop a stable team, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement across the home.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) within adult social care
* Background supporting individuals with complex and/or physical needs
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Sound understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
* Passion for delivering high standards of care and improving outcomes
Please note: This role does not require a nursing qualification.
