Premier Education is seeking an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support a vibrant and well-established primary school from September 2026. This is a full-time, ongoing role within a wonderful school that prides itself on its inclusive ethos, strong leadership and commitment to pupil success. .
This would be the perfect role for recently qualified teachers (ECTs) to get their foot in the door or experienced teachers looking to dial back responsibilities.
The Role
Provide high-quality classroom support across the primary age range.
Deliver planned lessons and interventions in the absence of the class teacher.
Lead small group and whole-class learning activities when required.
Support pupils' academic progress, wellbeing and engagement.
Work closely with teachers, support staff and senior leaders to ensure positive outcomes for all learners.
Promote positive behaviour and contribute to an inclusive learning environment.
