Laboratory Technician
Are you detail-oriented, accurate, and looking to build a career in a technical laboratory environment? We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our team, working across both chemical analysis and micro-section inspection functions.
What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out chemical analysis, including titrations, pH measurements, and the use of Atomic Absorption (AA) equipment.
Preparing, inspecting, and reporting on micro-sections using microscopes and specialised inspection techniques.
Producing clear, accurate, and professional reports and recorded results to customer standards.
Working closely with different departments across the shop floor to support quality and manufacturing processes.
Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
Working Hours
This role involves rotating shifts:
Monday – Thursday
6:00am – 1:30pm (Days)
1:30pm – 9:00pm (PM Shift)
Friday
6:00am – 12:30pm (Days)
12:30pm – 7:00pm (PM Shift)
Additional hours may be required when business needs demand.
Pay rate £12.84 ph increasing after probation passed
