Salary: Circa £40,000 - £41,000, rising to £46,000 - £48,000 after 3 months

First Achieve's Engineering Division are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a global manufacturing leader.

Following a three-month training period on a rotating days/backs/nights shift pattern, you'll move onto a 4 on, 4 off continental shift pattern, increasing your salary to circa £46,000 - £48,000 per annum.
The Role
Carry out planned, preventative and reactive mechanical maintenance.
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults across production equipment.
Support machinery installations and continuous improvement projects.
Help maximise plant reliability while minimising downtime.
Maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping.
What We're Looking For
Time-served Mechanical Engineer or completed apprenticeship.
Experience within a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Experience with planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
Flexible approach to shift working.
