Conduct comprehensive vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across all makes and models
Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Accurately identify faults and provide effective solutions
Maintain high standards of safety and compliance
Complete relevant documentation and reports
Work effectively under pressure to meet targets and deadlines
Assist in workshop organisation and cleanlinessRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a busy dealership or workshop environment
Strong understanding of all vehicle makes and models
Relevant automotive qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Time service qualifications are advantageous
Demonstrable track record of delivering quality service and repairs
Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and under pressure
Flexibility to work across a varied schedule, including weekends
Valid work eligibility; sponsorship available for fully qualified technicians
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience preferred
Motor Trade qualifications, including Master Technician status, are advantageousOther Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Willingness to participate in overtime hours as required
Excellent communication skills and team player attitude
