SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultants - MUST BE SC CLEARED - Preston and Remote - 3 months+

Blue chip client is urgently looking for many SAP SuccessFactors Consultants

Clearance required: BPSS + SC eligible is fine but they need to at least be in the process of applying for them to begin working on the account. Dual nationals are also fine.

Location: It is 3 days a week Tues-Thur in Preston.

IR35 Status: PAYE via Umbrella company only

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities (The Work) - (Mandatory)

Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise and certifications in one or more SuccessFactors module(s)

Lead high performing teams that can work flexibly, incorporating both on and offshore delivery models

Guide clients on SAP best practise and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies

Ensure quality delivery of our Technology solutions

Contribute to shaping our response to RFPs and collaborate with other teams during the pre-sales process, including the delivery of expert demos to prospective clients

Build and continually strengthen your network across, our Clients and Partners

Person Profile ( Why You) - (Mandatory)

You will have strong knowledge of SuccessFactors across multiple modules and experience in working across multiple HR domains on Global projects

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders

Understands emerging technology trends and disruptions and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.

Familiar with supporting technologies such as Qualtrics & SAP WorkZone, and how they enhance employee experience

Experience in leading pre-sales activities and articulating the benefits SuccessFactors brings to clients

Enjoy mentoring and developing talent as well as sharing knowledge across the team and the wider SAP Practice
