Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to lead and develop a growing engineering team within a thriving renewable energy business.

This Site Manager position combines hands-on technical design work with team leadership responsibilities. The successful Site Manager will oversee a team of engineers, review and approve designs, improve processes and help shape the future of the department.

As Site Manager, you will take ownership of design quality, technical compliance and project delivery across commercial renewable energy projects. You will also work closely with senior leadership to introduce stronger construction-focused design controls, documentation processes and best practice standards.

The Site Manager will manage DNO submissions, planning support, design reviews and construction-ready documentation while ensuring projects remain practical, compliant and buildable.

This role would suit a commercially minded electrical professional who enjoys both technical problem solving and people leadership. The successful Site Manager will play a major role in growing the department and developing future engineering talent.

As the business continues its expansion, the Site Manager will benefit from genuine progression opportunities and increasing strategic influence.

Skills & Experience:

* Previous Site Management, Construction Management or Electrical Management experience.

* Commercial electrical background.

* Team leadership or management experience.

* Understanding of UK electrical regulations.

* DNO application experience.

* Design review and approval experience.

* Renewable energy experience advantageous.
