Join a Busy Social Housing Team
Daniel Owen is currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to support a planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme in Newark.
This is a customer-focused role where you'll act as the key point of contact between residents, site teams and the client, ensuring works are delivered smoothly while providing an excellent customer experience throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents.
Keep tenants informed throughout the refurbishment programme.
Arrange appointments and manage resident expectations.
Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Liaise with site teams to ensure works are completed efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and project progress.
Support vulnerable residents where required.
Requirements
Previous experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer, ideally within social housing or planned maintenance.
Experience supporting kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Full UK driving licence and own transport are essential.
