Permanent - £38,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience & qualifications)

The RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a leading social housing contractor, working on a long-term contract. This role involves carrying out reactive and planned maintenance within occupied properties across North West London.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance
Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently (first-time fix approach)
Work in occupied social housing properties
Complete all work to a high standard
Ensure properties are left clean, safe, and tidy
Provide excellent customer service to tenants
Accurately complete job reports using a PDA or mobile systemAreas Covered

Proven experience in plumbing maintenance (social housing preferred)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Experience working in occupied properties
Good communication and customer service skills
