Maintenance Plumber - Bethlem Hospital - 3 Days Cover - £220 per Day

Tech-People are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Plumber for a 3-day cover assignment at Bethlem Hospital.

Location: Bethlem Hospital
Dates: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (next week)
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Rate: £220 per day
Parking: Free on-site parkingThe successful Plumber will be carrying out maintenance works within a hospital environment and must have previous maintenance experience.

Duties will include:

Tap replacements
Pipe repairs and replacements
Sink replacements
Valve replacements
Using freeze kits and press fit guns
Water treatment duties
Legionella (L8) compliance worksRequirements:

Valid, in-date Basic DBS check (essential)
Recognised plumbing qualification
Previous maintenance plumbing experience
Own tools
Full PPE
Ability to work independently in a live hospital environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Maintenance Plumber looking for short-term work with a reputable client.
