🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00

Our client, a well-established automotive manufacturing business, is experiencing a significant period of growth and is seeking Production Assembly Operatives to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on, detail-focused assembly work within a fast-paced production environment.
The Role
Working within a manufacturing setting, you will be responsible for the assembly and inspection of automotive components using both manual and machine-assisted processes. A strong focus is placed on quality, accuracy, and maintaining production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Assembling automotive components using hand tools and machinery.
Operating press and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
Conducting detailed visual quality inspections.
Recording work order information accurately using the company's production system.
Following repetitive and timed manufacturing processes while maintaining high standards.
Meeting productivity and quality targets.
Proactively seeking support when required and taking initiative to move onto new tasks as work is completed.
Adhering to all health, safety, and quality procedures.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who have:
Previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing environments.
Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with small or intricate components.
The ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks.
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong reliability and punctuality.
