Assembly Operative

Salary: £25,836 per annum

Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays)

Location: Nottingham -On-site (free parking available)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Assembly Operative to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will assemble products to a high standard, follow work instructions accurately, and help meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble products using hand tools and small components.

* Follow work instructions, drawings and specifications.

* Carry out basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.

* Work efficiently as part of a team to achieve production targets.

* Comply with all health and safety procedures and wear PPE as required.

* Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Skills & Experience

* Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

* Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production or a factory environment is desirable but not essential.

Benefits
