JP Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting Children's Senior Residential Support Workers to join a well-established children's residential provider supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about making a real difference and supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes.
The Role
* Lead shifts and support the wider staff team.
* Build positive relationships with young people.
* Support emotional regulation and manage complex behaviours.
* Complete care records and safeguarding documentation.
* Promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes.
What We're Looking For
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* Previous experience within a children's residential home.
* Experience supporting young people with EBD and complex behaviours.
* Strong safeguarding knowledge.
* A resilient, caring and positive approach.
