The Role: As Building Surveyor, you will work across a variety of Education, Healthcare & Public Sector projects across London and the South.
Values range between £100k - £100M.
Office Location: Central London (Covent Garden)
Head Count: 150+
Project Sectors: Education, Healthcare & Public Sector
Requirements for the Building Surveyor:
*
Degree qualified – within a construction related discipline
*
Membership of RICS (or working towards this)
*
Excellent time management
*
Understanding of the needs and demands of clients and will to exceed their expectations
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal
*
Able to prioritise workload, planning ahead as required
*
Able to work individually or in a team
*
Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
*
Good business development skills
