Project Architect
Location: London
Salary: £45-50,000
Our client is looking for a Project Architect to join their growing multidisciplinary team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of projects across multiple sectors, taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion while developing your career in a collaborative environment.
The Role
Lead projects through all RIBA work stages.
Develop practical, high-quality design solutions.
Build strong relationships with clients and consultants.
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
Produce accurate design and technical information.
Support project delivery to programme and budget.
Mentor junior team members where required.
Contribute to a collaborative and design-focused culture.
About You
RIBA Part III qualified and ARB registered.
Experience delivering UK architectural projects.
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
Confident managing projects from concept to completion.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
Bentley/OpenBuildings, Enscape or V-Ray experience is beneficial.
Proactive, organised and able to work to deadlines.
