Overview of the Role
Project Architect job in London, working on the technical delivery of a complex mixed-use development. The role focuses on RIBA Stage 4 and construction delivery, including a listed building, high-end workplace, recording studio, rooftop terrace, basement, bar and restaurant, with opportunities to support additional hotel projects across London.
Practice & Project Information
Join a design-led architectural practice of around 20 people delivering technically complex projects. The successful candidate will work on a flagship mixed-use scheme while contributing to an established pipeline of hospitality projects, collaborating within a supportive team focused on high-quality technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a complex mixed-use development through technical design and construction stages
Produce detailed RIBA Stage 4 drawing packages and construction information
Coordinate consultants and resolve technical design challenges throughout project delivery
Support and mentor junior team members during technical project delivery
Attend client, design team and site meetings, providing technical expertise
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements and conservation constraintsRequired Skills and Experience
ARB registered Architect with UK architectural practice experience
Strong technical delivery experience through RIBA Stage 4
Experience working on listed building and heritage projects
Experience delivering mixed-use, workplace, hospitality or commercial projects is advantageous
Proficient in Vectorworks with strong technical drawing and coordination skills
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and consultant coordinationBenefits and Package
