As a Laminator, you will benefit from:

Laying up composite materials to technical specification
Working from drawings and process instructions to produce finished components
Preparing materials and checking quality throughout the laminating process
Identifying and reporting defects or non-conformances
Maintaining a clean, organised work area in line with operational standards
As a Laminator, your experience will include:
Some hands-on experience in a composites or manufacturing environment
A working knowledge of laminating processes such as wet lay-up or pre-preg
Ability to follow technical drawings or written process instructions
A methodical approach with attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Reliability and a strong work ethic in a structured production setting
