Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.
Monitor stock levels and place orders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and update systems as needed.
Resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries or supplier performance.
Support the procurement team with administrative tasks and reporting.
Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding supply needs and updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines.Profile
The successful Purchasing Coordinator should have:
Exceptional administration experience ideally gained in procurement, purchasing or supply chain within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills to handle supplier and team interactions.
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing purchasing records.
Familiarity with stock management and procurement systems.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing supply chain challenges
