We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a respected franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealer group with multiple sites nationwide, seeking a Vehicle PDI Technician for their busy Westbury dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and semi-skilled technicians looking to develop their careers within a reputable organisation.
Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate between £15-17.50 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half
Overtime opportunities subject to availability and paid at enhanced rates

Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on light commercial and heavy goods vehicles
Prepare vehicles for onward delivery, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards
Fit aftermarket equipment or accessories as requested by customers
Maintain workshop cleanliness and adhere to safety regulations
Complete all relevant documentation accurately as a PDI Technician
Collaborate with the team to meet productivity targets and quality standards
Assist in other vehicle maintenance or repair tasks as requiredRequirements of a PDI Technician:
Ideally qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
Individuals with semi-skilled experience, including those with no formal qualifications, will also be considered
Good team player with a committed work ethic
Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced workshop environment
Motivated to work towards set targets
