Support Worker job in Barrow-in-Furness
Pay: £14.25 to £16.35 per hour
Hours: Full time or part time

What will you do
* Give person centred care in residential homes, supported living and the community.
* Help people build confidence and develop life skills.
* Offer emotional support and promote independence.
What you need
* Right to work in the UK.
* At least 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years.
* An Enhanced DBS for England or Wales, or PVG for Scotland, or AccessNI.
* Clear communication skills.
* Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
* Qualities such as integrity, respect and empathy.
