DK Recruitment are seeking a proactive Contract Administrator to join a busy Facilities Management team in Plymouth, supporting the smooth delivery of planned and reactive maintenance contracts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong client relationships and ensuring that work is delivered efficiently from job allocation through to completion.

The Role

As Contract Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Contract Manager and engineering teams by coordinating maintenance activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring exceptional service is delivered to clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Raising and processing reactive and planned maintenance (PPM) work orders.

* Monitoring jobs from initial request through to completion and invoicing.

* Maintaining accurate records using internal management systems.

* Liaising with engineers, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

* Raising purchase orders for subcontractors where required.

* Assisting with the preparation of monthly contract reports.

* Supporting contract meetings and taking meeting notes where required.

* Ensuring contractual documentation and records are maintained accurately.

* Providing general administrative support to the wider contracts team
