General facilities and DIY work around site (fixing door handles, painting, fitting shelves, basic repairs)
Takes pride in their work with good attention to detail
General upkeep and maintenance of the facilities
Strong communication and well organised approach
Coordinate contractors on site (e.g., electricians)
Proactive and able to work independently
Driving licence required
