Contract: Full-time – Full Academic Year (Maternity Cover)

About the Role
As a Health and Social Care Lecturer at Coleg Cambria, you will:
Deliver Health and Social Care qualifications across Further Education, T Level, and Higher Education programmes,
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum and awarding body requirements,
Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement,
Support learners to develop their academic knowledge, professional behaviours, and career aspirations,
Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance and curriculum development activities,
Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide an outstanding learner experience.
What We’re Looking For
A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care or a closely related subject,
Previous teaching, training, or assessing experience within Further Education, Adult Education, Higher Education, or a similar setting,
Knowledge and experience of delivering T Level Health qualifications,
Experience of Higher Education delivery within Health and Social Care,
Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills,
A recognised teaching qualification is desirable, along with a valid or update-service DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
