Maintenance Team Leader

Maintenance Team Leader -based out of Newport - Permanent and Full Time

* £32,000

* Company Van, Pension, Holiday pay

* Monday to Friday - Days

Please note: This role involves working at height on flat roofs and regular travel to commercial retail sites in the Newport, Bristol/Somerset areas

Purpose of the Role

* Leading small team of roof maintenance and roof cleaning operatives

* Carrying out very minor repairs on flat roofs, cleaning out guttering and removing accumulated items from the flat roofs.

* Estimation of costs for replacement guttering, roof felt etc

* Ensuring that RAMS and health and safety protocols are strictly adhered to at all times

* Newport, Bristol/Somerset areas

Essential Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Maintenance Team Leader or Maintenance Supervisor

* Experience of working at heights

* Building Maintenance and repair experience - experience of minor roof repairs would be an advantage

* Happy to work at height

* Full UK Driving licence

* IPAF would be preferred but isn't essential

* Newport, Bristol/Somerset areas
