Maintenance Team Leader
Location: Doncaster.
Shift Pattern: Panama (12-hour days & nights).
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Starting Salary: £54,490 per annum + overtime & benefits!
We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join a leading manufacturing business in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineering leader to oversee maintenance operations within a highly automated production environment, driving equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a multi-skilled engineering team.
Manage planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
Maximise plant reliability and minimise downtime.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure high standards of health & safety and engineering compliance.
Coordinate workloads, maintenance schedules and CMMS records.
Work closely with production to achieve site performance targets.
Requirements:
Strong engineering background within manufacturing.
Experience in a highly automated production environment.
Previous experience leading a multi-disciplined engineering team.
Experience using CMMS systems.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
