Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Initial four-week booking-possible extension
13.50–£14.50 per hour
We’re recruiting a confident and organised Administrator to provide short-term support to the fundraising team of a well-established charitable organisation in Cardiff.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who can quickly become a dependable member of a friendly team.
Key responsibilities:
Processing and accurately recording incoming income
Answering fundraising telephone enquiries and redirecting calls appropriately
Monitoring the shared fundraising inbox
Responding to or forwarding emails to the relevant team member
Providing general administrative support to the wider fundraising team
Maintaining accurate and confidential recordsAbout you:
Previous administration experience
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
An excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills
Organised, accurate and comfortable managing competing priorities
Able to learn new systems quickly
Professional and comfortable handling confidential information
Available to start immediatelyThe role will ideally be based in the Cardiff office, although some hybrid working may be available once established.
