Location: Cardiff
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Property Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary basis in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to gain experience within the property sector.
Key Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support to the property/lettings team
Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries in a professional manner
Maintaining and updating property records and databases
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors as required
Preparing tenancy agreements, letters, and other property-related documentation
Scheduling property viewings, inspections, and maintenance appointments
Filing, photocopying, and general office duties
Handling incoming post and correspondence
Supporting the wider team with adhoc administrative tasks as neededSkills and Experience Required
Previous administration experience is essential; experience within the property sector is desirable but not required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage own workload
A professional and friendly telephone manner
