We are currently supporting a well-established manufacturing business in the Medway area who are looking to add a reliable and hands-on Factory Operative to their production team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive manufacturing environment, working as part of a skilled team within a specialist production process.
The role is focused on supporting the production of wax components, operating machinery, and ensuring high-quality output in line with set standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Operating injection machinery
Supporting production and related manufacturing processes
Operating equipment including extrusion and cutting machinery
Carrying out visual inspections and quality checks
Preparing components for production
Manual handling and general production duties
Recording production data using touch-screen systems and completing job documentation accurately
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and adhering to health & safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential
Comfortable working in a hands-on, physically active role
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and work to set procedures
Team-focused with a positive and reliable attitude
