Based in their thriving Worthing office, you'll be joining a successful and friendly Property team, supporting experienced fee earners across Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property matters.

The Role
No two days are the same. You'll play a key role in keeping transactions progressing smoothly by providing first-class administrative and secretarial support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing day-to-day support to Property Fee Earners
Preparing legal documents, correspondence and contracts
Managing diaries, appointments and meetings
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
Opening and maintaining client files using a modern paperless case management system
Assisting with Land Registry and SDLT documentation
Ensuring files remain compliant with regulatory and internal procedures
Delivering an exceptional client experience from instruction through to completionAbout You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on being organised, proactive and personable.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant within Residential Property or Conveyancing
Experience working within a solicitor's practice
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Strong IT skills and confidence working in a paperless environment
Outstanding attention to detail
A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and client care skills
