Full time permanent Fleet Administrator working for a large manufacturing organisation based in Warwick. This role is full time and offers 2 days working from home per week.

Client Details

My client is a multi-national manufacturing organisation based in Warwick who are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their growing team.

Description

Coordinate and maintain accurate fleet records and databases.
Process invoices and ensure timely payments for fleet-related expenses.
Schedule and track vehicle servicing, maintenance, and inspections.
Assist with the allocation and distribution of fleet vehicles.
Respond to internal and external queries regarding fleet operations.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Prepare and distribute fleet performance reports as required.
Support the team with general administrative duties.Profile

Strong organisational skills
Ideally min 1 year admin experience
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Can commute to Warwick 3 times per week between Monday to ThursdayJob Offer

£26,500
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays + opportunity to buy and sell 5 days
