Our client Barnsley Council is looking for a Senior Social Worker to join their Children In Our Care team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing meaningful relationships with children and young people and ensuring that they are at the centre of everything we do.
Ensuring that plans for children and young people are creative, individualised and reflect the child's voice, their hopes and aspirations and drive progress
Collaborating with family, carers and professionals to achieve best outcomes for children and young people and drive plans to robustly address physical, identity, emotional, and educational needs.
Supporting children to retain meaningful relationships with their families and wider networks
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions, assessments, and interventions. Prepare high-quality assessments and reports for looked after reviews, court proceedings, and other relevant purposes.Benefits of working with Remedy
